Sitting 700m above sea level on the rich volcanic soils of the family’s old dairy farm. It’s the perfect position to produce cool climate, vineyard-expressive wines of distinction. By European standards, St. Maur Estate is fairly young. Yet the depth of their winemaking experience and tradition goes back generations to their Italian forefathers. This is evident in every glass. It was our task to create an identity that honoured their attitude to tradition, family and excellence.</image:caption>

This informed all content, photography and illustration, allowing for a diverse yet consistent story through packaging, brochureware, stationery, digital media and more. The results speak for themselves: 40% increase on sales at the annual members dinner, ROI on the ecommerce site within 3 months of launch, 20% increase in club memberships. Results like these are made possible through a true collaborative relationship with Head Wines, built on a strong vision, mutual transparency and trust. Barely the size of pager, this clever device is built on precision calibration, made possible by innovation technology at its heart. Now orthopaedic surgeons are able to simply and accurately navigate, hip replacement surgery with greater accuracy, less complexity and better patient outcomes. We developed the Navbit branding from R&amp;D through launch to implementation. This included the identity, bespoke brand assets, packaging, digital (web &amp; social media), clinical papers, instructional guides, illustration, photography and video.       <image:caption>THE BEST OF TWO WORLDS Wilton Hill is produced by Alex Head of Head Wines, a winemaker from the Barossa region of Australia. The Barossa has an international reputation for its grape-growing and winemaking heritage which dates back to the early 1800s. Many of its vineyards remain in the care of families, some going back six generations. Wilton Hill is one of these vineyards, highly esteemed for its Shiraz, planted in 1858. Wilton Hill is truly unique. It is the only vineyard in the region from where both the Barossa and Eden Valleys can be seen — Barossa Valley to the north west and Eden Valley to the south east. The “Wilton Hill” wordmark is an ambigram and reflects exactly this viewpoint; of singularity and duality in one. Two views in one. Altitude and slope, not only soil, play an important role in the quality fruit that yields wine of utmost quality. None more so than the select rows of Shiraz at Wilton Hill. This special wine expresses the same distinct qualities of the Old World Syrah/Shiraz styles of Côte Rôtie, also grown on the slopes and altitudes in the northern Rhône wine region of France from where Alex Head draws his inspiration. Just as this wine has been carefully made honouring Old World styles with minimal intervention, so too has this “Wilton Hill” wordmark been inspired by the calligraphic tradition, crafted by hand with minimal digital intervention. Careful, traditional methods of detailing extend beyond print as evidenced in hand-sealed wax closures, tissue wrapping and hot-iron-branded timber boxes. WILTON HILL. Tradition today.
