Stellar began life in 1998 as a traditional call centre. With a culture built on people, innovation, openness and collaboration, they are now Australia's largest and most awarded multi-channel customer contact centre specialist.

Stellar needed a brand refresh to reflect who they are today and will be tomorrow. In we came. With a brand story, a new identity and a suite of brand assets to help them manage their brand, through the transition and into the future.

This successful evolution, from staid and naive to bold and dynamic reignited Stellar's internal culture, strengthened relationships with existing clients and opened doors to new ones.
